Shipping Policy

Amplified Mind will always do its best to ensure that your products arrive in a safe and timely manner. All packages will come in discreet packaging without any indication of the contents.

 

Should you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days so we can investigate immediately. Each complaint will be reviewed by our management team, and we will provide either a credit or a replacement product where applicable. Replacements are issued only for defective items. Amplified Mind reserves the right to decide the appropriate compensation (credit or replacement) on a case-by-case basis.

 

Credits will expire after ninety (90) days and will be issued as a coupon code. Each coupon code can be used only once; any unused balance will be void, and no new coupon will be issued for the remaining amount.

 

All our packages are sent through a traceable and secure shipping method. In the unlikely event of a package being lost or damaged, we will work to resolve the issue, which might involve liaising with the shipping courier and offering replacements, credits, or refunds.

 

In the rare case that a customer is dissatisfied with an order, we might offer a return option. For defective products or incorrect orders, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the dissatisfaction stems from reasons other than defects, we may offer a refund, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Amplified Mind will ship to the address provided at checkout. An incorrect address may cause shipping delays and additional fees. Amplified Mind reserves the right to charge an additional shipping fee to resend packages for any reason, including if the wrong address was used at checkout.
